Job Description

Objective Act as an ambassador for our client’s brand. Serving customers personalized service and sales with the clear goal of exceeding customer expectations. Achieve quality assessments (service) and sales budgets. Main Tasks • Welcome the customer • Receive the incoming calls • Advice, guide and identify customer needs to client products. • Solve all customers questions • Add up customers to client database • Introduce Clients to Club • Self-Cash box control.

Required Skills / Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or relevant field. Working Experience: at least 2 years in customer service jobs, preferably as a Shop

Years of Experience : 2 Years   


Fluent in English Ability to convince or introduce products to clients without mincing words


Education Level : Bachelors Degree
