Job Description

• Manage the organizational chart, updating as required and ensuring that all job descriptions reflect the chart accurately • Manage the process for recruitment, onboarding and training new starters. • Implements employee benefit programs such as (health insurance, employee assistance, retirement, etc.) in line with the Corporate Administration and General Affairs policies and procedures • Processes all the daily actions (leaves, absents, etc.), prepares monthly management reports and ensures files are achieved properly and regularly • Identifies and delivers site service requirements (such as security, cleaning, maintenance, etc.) using outsourcing opportunities where feasible, to deliver the required standards of service in line with budgets, business needs and best facilities practices • Ensures flights and hotels booked for employees utilizing the services of approved suppliers • Conducts negotiations with service providers for office services, ensures quality of such services, and processes invoices as needed. • Executes, delegates and manages the processes for government paperwork and government related processes as required • Oversee provision of IT support services • Implements the HR Services function’s strategy, business plan and budget in accordance with overall Corporate Human Resources function strategic intent and objectives • Implements the HR Services function’s policies and procedures to ensure efficient operational practices and enhance control standards within the function • Communicates and monitors the compliance of the Business Units to the HR Services function’s policies, procedures, standards and guidelines. • Manages all employee relations activities in accordance with the Company’s related policies and the requirements of the labor law. • Conducts salary and benefits surveys and ensures that the Company’s salary and benefits schemes are in line with the competitive market and economic trends. • Manages payroll processes, reviews random audit checks and ensures effective processes and guidelines are in place for payroll processing. • Ensures proper implementation of performance appraisal activities and correlates the results with their development plan • Manages the yearly salary plan cycle including yearly increases, yearly bonuses, planned and unplanned yearly promotions • Formalizes all standards related to individual objectives and KPIs in the performance appraisal process in coordination with departments supervisors. • Audits contracts of employees while ensuring that job titles, salary schemes and actual salaries are consistent • Provides guidance and leadership to the HR Services function’s employees to ensure effective and efficient flow of work • Conducts annual performance appraisal of direct subordinates to review their performance and recommends applicable rewards and promotions based on employee performance results • Reviews and follows up major client requests as directed by the CEO and General Manager • Reviews, amends and updates all workflows, polices and processes from time to time ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency in all areas of operations • Create and update all job descriptions, to accurately reflect the tasks that each employee are required to complete.

Required Skills / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent • Minimum of 4 years of experience in administration, HR and IT infrastructure, platforms and security • Professional Certification (e.g. CISA, ITIL, CIPD, etc.) is a plus • Excellence in English language (written and verbal)
