Training

Careers in Ghana corporate training exists to promote increased productivity in both public and private organizations, primarily in Ghana, to enable them contribute to the growth of the economy on a sustainable basis. It achieves this through “Productivity Improvement Activities”, “Management Development Programs”, and “Research and Publications and their Dissemination.

The three main objectives of the :

  • To embark upon practical aspects of training and problems solving with a view to building up managerial capacity and promoting increased productivity;
  • To offer Consultancy Services to improve Organizational efficiency and effectiveness; and
  • To conduct macro-micro economics studies, enquiries and practices to improve and develop the standards of management in all aspects.
  • Functional Areas

    The functional areas of the institute are organized in six departments. Each department is engaged in management training, consultancy and research. The departments are:
